1) Agreement
By accessing consciousbusinessos.com and purchasing/participating in CBOS programs, you agree to these Terms.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
3) Nature of services
Educational and coaching services only. No medical, legal, or financial advice. Results vary, no guarantees.
4) Payments & refunds
- All prices in INR unless stated otherwise
- Payments are non-refundable once access is granted unless required by law or specified otherwise
- Installment plans must be completed; failed payments may suspend access
5) Intellectual property
All content and materials are CBOS IP. Personal license only, not for resale/distribution.
6) Community conduct
No harassment or disruptive behavior. Access may be removed for violations.
7) Testimonials & marketing
You grant permission for anonymized use of testimonials.
8) Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months.
9) Governing law
Indian law applies. Venue: Pune, Maharashtra.
